WHAT IS CARDIO DANCE AND CONNECT?

Cardio Dance + Connect is a fun and welcoming group where you can stay active, enjoy upbeat music, and connect with others. Led by a licensed instructor, each session offers energizing movement in a relaxed environment where all fitness levels are welcome. Adults (18+), come ready to move, laugh, and build community together.

REGISTRATION DETAILS

When We Meet

Day + Time: Tuesdays 12:30–1:30pm; Wednesdays 7:00–8:00pm
Frequency: Weekly
Season Offered: Fall, Winter, and Spring
Duration: 10 weeks
Cost: $45

Refreshments provided.
