WHAT IS GRIEF CARE?
Grief Care is a compassionate group for anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one and is finding the journey through grief difficult. In a safe and supportive environment, we explore meaningful ways to process loss, honour those we’ve loved, and take gentle steps toward healing. You don’t have to walk this journey alone.
