Parent + Tot

Parent + Tot is a drop in program where parents with infant and preschool aged children can find community together. While children enjoy playtime in a safe and welcoming environment, parents have the opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, and be encouraged in the everyday joys and challenges of raising a family.

Join us every Thursday from 10:15am to 12:15pm.

Parent Pit Stop

Parent Pit Stop is designed for parents who want to connect with other parents. While each gathering centres around a relevant parenting topic, the heart of the evening is conversation, community, and learning from one another's experiences. Grab a coffee, pull up a chair, and join us as we navigate parenting together.

  • October 19, 2026 @ 6:30–8:30pm: Kidzone parents with children from infants to Grade 5 
  • November 20, 2026: Youth parents, Jr. High (Gr 6–8) 6:30–8:30pm; Sr. High (Gr 9–12) 8:15–9:45pm
  • December 7, 2026 @ 7:00–9:00pm: Parents of Young Adults (18+)
  • February 22, 2027 @ 6:30–8:30pm: Kidzone parents with children from infants to Grade 5
